Hybrid Operating room is fully equipped with modern technologies allowing the surgery patients who require more than one procedure such as vascular and cardiac during one session. It is built as a modular operation room which the wall element can be removed or adapted to meet cutting-edge technologies and the constantly changing needs. The room wall is also designed to prevent bacteria accumulation and special lighting with adaptive luminance helps provide safe and consistent lighting of the surgical field.

 

Advanced medical imaging technology –Flexmove- in the hybrid operating room can be flexibly moved in 360 degree to create 3D images, enabling doctors to know the size and the exact location of the organs. In addition, Equipped with fixed C-Arms, CT scanners and MRI scanners, this complex imaging devices enable minimally-invasive surgery since they can visualize smaller body parts such as very thin vessels in the heart muscle. Hybrid operating room has the surgical bed which is adjustable, so the surgery procedures can be conveniently performed in several ways. For the first time surgeons can collaborate with pathologists and radiologists during surgery and make assessments using real-time or instantaneous images. It allows surgeons to immediately follow a diagnostic procedure with a therapeutic one.

 

Hybrid Operating Room is appropriate for patients requiring catheter-based intervention and for patients having the high risk of revision surgery when complications or errors happen.
