The Secret Recipe of Family Doctor: A Guide of Coronary Heart Disease

On 14 February 2017, Phyathai 2 Hospital arranged the health activity “The Secret Recipe of Family Doctor: A Guide of Coronary Heart Disease at In-patient ward, 8th floor, Building A. We were honored by Dr. Thouantosaporn Suwanjutah, director of research and academic development department and Chief of Phyathai Heart Center to educate patients and relatives who were visiting the hospital about coronary heart disease, and how to care for people with heart disease.

Coronary heart disease (CHD) is a disease in which plaque builds up inside the coronary arteries. Overtime, heart muscle become hardened and narrowed and cannot receive the blood or oxygen needed. This can result in a heart chest pain and heart attack.
