The supportive care received helped him feel secure with his treatment.

I had been treated at Burn care unit of Phyathai Hospital for a month after I had accident from pub fire at Zantika. My Thai friend introduced me to undergo treatment in this hospital. Language could not be the barrier even I cannot speak either English or Thai fluently since I received generous help and support from the hospital’s Japanese interpreter.

Besides, the doctors also were very detailed to explain the process of treatment, which was clear and easy to understand. Therefore, it made me feel secure and rely on the treatment during the time I was here. I would like to express my sincere thanks to all the doctors, nurse teams and every staff of Phyathai Hospital.
