Conditions of the package:

1. Package is to be applied with the patients who are deemed fit after consultation with the specialist.

2. These packages cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount programs and/or other benefits.

3. Package is available at Phyathai 2 International Hospital only.

4. Validity: 1 February 2024 until 31 December 2024.

The Package includes:

1. Doctor fee for procedure.

2. Anesthesiologist fee (If applicable)

3. Operating room charges (Includes OR charge, Recovery room and Nursing Service Charges)

4. Medical supplies and equipment related to the procedure (Gastroscopy set / Colonoscopy set, etc.)

5. Medical related to the procedure.

6. The tool to remove the sample for both EGD and colonoscopy for future tests.

The Packages Excludes:

1. Charges for other expenses not related to the procedure.

2. Charges for additional investigation (Radiology, Laboratory test, and Biopsy).

3. Charges for medications not related to the procedure.

4. Charges for taking home medications and supplies.

5. Charges for accommodation / hospitalization (If applicable).

6. Charges for out-patient consultation.

7. Charges for the tool to remove the sample for further tests if done only colonoscopy.

Patient Eligibility:

The package is applicable for elective, uncomplicated patients, Patient with the following conditions are considered to be complex or high risk cases and will not qualify for the package: Bleeding disorder, Patients with chronic, Patients with chronic underlying medical problems such as HIV and uncontrolled diabetes, Patients with Gastro-intestinal cancer.
