INTERNATIONAL RELATION CENTER (IRC)

Because good communication is essential to high-quality compassionate health, International Relation Center offers interpretation service to the international patients. Our ambassadors are proficient in a wide range of languages such as English, Arabic, Chinese, German, Cambodian, French, Spanish, Burmese, and Bangladeshi. They are ready and willing to accompany you and assist you through the medical treatment process for your smooth visit.
 
 

INTERNATIONAL CORRESPONDENCE CENTER (ICC)

Each year thousands of International patients come to Phyathai 2 Hospital, seeking a consultation, a second opinion and medical treatment. To provide the world-class health care, we have ICC staff to serve as your coordinator in the following services before and during your stay at our hospital.
 
 
        -    Assisting with clinical enquiries
        -    Scheduling medical appointments
        -    Coordinating with the admission process
        -    Estimating the cost of services
        -    Making a hotel reservation
        -    Assisting with visa procedures
        -    Arranging for the transportation: Airport or Hotel pickup
        -    Coordinating with medical insurance company to provide you wish cashless services 
 
Having registered with ICC, the patient will be personally assisted and guided through every step of the way, even on the first visit. Your medical file will be ready and waiting at the assigned clinic, thereby short-cutting the process and minimizing your waiting time. Everything we do is designed to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
 

INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE SERVICE

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR IN-PATIENT SERVICES

 
-    Copy of passport with signature
-    Insurance card or certificate
-    Any other required by your insurance company to identify yourself
 
Our international correspondent staff will assist you to coordinate with your insurance provider / assistance Company including providing medical information regarding the approval of guarantee of payment for your inpatient hospitalization.
 
The payment guarantee / confirmation will be sent to our hospital normally within 24-48 hours if its policy covers. The time consuming will be taken because of...
 
-    Verification process of each company
-    Not enough time to process the application, as the length of stay is too short
-    Differences in the Time Zone
-    Terms and conditions of your policy
 

REQUIRE DOCUMENTS FOR OUT-PATIENT SERVICES

 

For an out-patient case, only insurance companies which have contracted with the hospital are applied for medical cashless service. The others, an advance payment would be preferable. The hospital will issue a medical certificate for reimbursement directly with your insurance company.

-    Any other required by your insurance company to identify yourself
 
For your information, our hospital will work based on Guarantee of Payment letter for all cases. You are required to pay the excess amount at the time of your discharge or before leaving the hospital. There may be some expenses incurred that is not involve in your insurance policy such as medical expenses or room rate that is over the limit, some laboratories or investigation tests, Allowed and personal expenses beside of our complimentary.
