2015年一对中国夫妻来就诊，男性32岁，女性24岁。他们计划要孩子已经2到3年了，并且妻子有过两次堕胎经历。妻子发现她丈夫有染色体异位疾病 ( 46, XY, t(17;18)(p10;q10)。他们在2014年在中国做过一次IVF手术，但是流产了。

我们在2015年做了IVF-ICSI手术, 我们得到了16个培育胚胎，其中8个可以发育到囊胚阶段。我们建议他们用A-CGH技术检查所有的囊胚。幸运的是，其中有一个正常的囊胚，我们对此囊胚进行了移植。如今他们已经有了一个可爱的男宝宝。
