43岁的陈女士与丈夫是再婚，丈夫45岁，感情甚好的夫妻俩一直想再要一个孩子。但是结婚已经快2年，始终没能如愿，经检查发现，她的双侧输卵管堵塞，而且年龄已经比较大了，受孕比较困难。

我们的医疗专家对陈女士医生进行了整体的评估，经过药物调理和三个周期的排促卵，陈女士取出了5个卵子，最终形成2个囊胚，并且全部通过了PGD/PGS筛查。，他们决定移植一个囊胚，另外一个进行冷冻，如果第一个不能成功着床，医生将冷冻囊胚免费再次移植到陈女士的子宫。
