Description

  • Personal Data" means information about an individual that can directly or indirectly identify that person, but does not include information about a deceased person specifically
  • Sensitive Personal Data" refers to personal information related to race, ethnicity, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual behavior, criminal records, health data, disability, labor union information, genetic data, biometric data (such as facial recognition data, iris scan data, fingerprint data), or any other information that similarly affects the data subject as prescribed by the Personal Data Protection Committee
  • "Processing" means collecting, using, or disclosing
  • Data Controller" means a person or legal entity with the authority to make decisions regarding the collection, use, or disclosure of personal data.
  • Data Processor" means a person or legal entity that processes the collection, use, or disclosure of personal data on the instructions or on behalf of the Data Controller. Such a person or legal entity is not considered a Data Controller
  • Bangkok Dusit Medical Services Group" refers to companies within the network of Bangkok Dusit Medical Services Public Company Limited, both current and future, whether registered in Thailand or abroad, including Bangkok Dusit Medical Services Public Company Limited itself.
  • Affiliated Healthcare Facilities" refers to healthcare facilities within the group or network of Bangkok Dusit Medical Services Public Company Limited, both operating in Thailand and abroad

Disclosure or Sharing of Personal Data

  1. The company may disclose or share your personal data with external parties as follows:

  • "Personal Data" refers to information about an individual that can directly or indirectly identify that person, but does not include information about a deceased person specifically

The company requires the aforementioned external parties to maintain the confidentiality and protect your personal data according to the standards set by personal data protection laws. They may use your personal data only for the purposes defined by the company or as instructed by the company. External parties are prohibited from using your personal data beyond these specified purposes

 

 

  1. The company may store personal data in a cloud computing system by using third-party services, whether located in Thailand or abroad. The company enters into contracts with such third parties carefully, considering the security measures they provide for the protection of personal data in their cloud computing systems.

  2. The company may disclose your personal data to government agencies, individuals, or legal entities in order to comply with the law or to fulfill a court order.
