This procedure is recommended for patients with:

1. Symptomatic fibroids, such as heavy menstrual bleeding, pelvic pain, or pressure
2. Fibroids causing infertility or recurrent miscarriage

3. Rapidly growing fibroids

4. Fibroids causing urinary or bowel issues

If you are experiencing symptoms from fibroids, the gynecologist may recommend a laparoscopic myomectomy. This procedure is less invasive than traditional open surgery, which means you will have smaller incisions, less pain, and a quicker recovery.
