Immunization for Children

Parents should focus on child vaccination particularly in the first year of a child's life because a child is at risk of getting infections. Vaccines help build the child's immunity to diseases, keep the kids healthy and boost childhood development. Therefore, it is important that every child should receive routine vaccines according to recommended schedule. *For a child who never receive influenza vaccine should get 2 doses of the vaccine, given at least 4 weeks apart and one dose annually for the next year
 
**Dengue vaccine is recommended for a child who has been infected with dengue virus before, for a child who never got dengue infection should have a blood test before vaccination.
