On 1st July 2024, Phyathai 2 Hospital has attended the Primecare Summit 2024 workshop held at Marriot Bangkok Hotel Sukhumvit, Bangkok Thailand. The main attendees are the physicians from Pakistan. During the workshop, our doctor, Dr.Chanathad Traithong who specialize in pulmonology and critical care has presented about Spirometry which is a common pulmonary function test used to assess how well your lungs work. It measures the volume of air you inhale and exhale, as well as the speed at which you exhale.

It helps in diagnosing conditions such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and other disorders affecting breathing. Spirometry can also track the progression of lung diseases and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment.
